"Okay, I thought about it for a while and finally decided to leave a review. The Brisket Dinner was decent. It wasn't anything to fight over, just decent. I really think where I went wrong was the side optons. I had the brisket with cabbage and green beans but the brisket was supposed to be over mashed potatoes and gravy. Apparently they ran out because I got a table spoon of potatoes, swimming in brown gravy. Then they gave me a small side of rice in a separate container. The green beans?.. 10 out of 10 delicious! The cabbage I'd give maybe a 5 out of 10. The flavor was lacking that day. An now the brisket. It's really hard to tell whether it was bad or not. It had a great smoky flavor but it was a bit chewy. I'm use to the gelatinous state the fat goes into after brisket is smoked just right and for a length of time. This brisket didn't have it. Surprisingly enough, everything else is what made it decent. Freshness, portion? Great. Would I order again? Gotta try the brisket again."

"The first two bites of the Southwest Salad were flavorful, and I loved the hint of lime! The grilled chicken was 100% excellent!! The lettuce blend consisted of a few pieces of Romaine, lots chunky iceberg interior pieces, shredded purple cabbage, and julienned carrot sticks. Had to be bagged salad! The carrots and cabbage were crunchy, however, the overall mix made me wish I could check the expiration date of the bag of salad because the lettuce pieces were not crisp. The size (portion) of the salad, to me, did not match the anticipation I had from the price. With that being said, this salad was prepared, per request, without cheese and without fried jalapeño coins. If those ingredients had been included, the portion may have validated the price point. BTW, if I choose to add an ingredient to salad, most of the time, the price increases, however, when I request not to include a specific ingredient(s), the price remains the same!?!? I may give this salad a second chance, but it will likely be if/when I dine in the restaurant."
