The tacos are pretty good for a fast food taco. the tacos are nothing crazy but they taste good and are more affordable thn anything else I have found. "The Auntie Anne's Footlong Pretzels are great, and reasonably priced IMO. But the All-American Club? Wow, I just paid 16 bucks + tax + DoorDash fees for a bunch of bread, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Where's the MEAT? When I opened up the sandwich to add some mustard (which wasn't an option), I didn't even see the meat, I had to practically pull the whole sandwich apart before I noticed a very thin layer of ham and turkey. And the advertised "crisp bacon" with the photo of generous slices of bacon was a joke. I found one soggy slice of bacon on the sandwich. Then when I ate the damn sandwich, I didn't really taste the meat either, I just got a mouthful of soggy bread with lettuce and too much mayo.
I don't blame the delivery person at all, not her fault. I don't even know if it was the sandwich preparer's fault (or maybe it was). Perhaps the food service employees are instructed to go skimpy, I don't know. I just know paying that much for a bunch of bread and lettuce isn't satisfactory. I know food prices are high, but at these prices, at least make the damn sandwiches the way they appear in your ads and menus."

"These were my first items & experience with Cali Rays. I had the Garlic Pesto Turkey*. The only thing I added that wasn't standard was mayo. I didn't want to get crazy with add ones before trying the baseline. It was absolutely delicious! There's sourdough bread & then there's Sourdough Bread! definitely the second one. I also had the calm New England Clam Chowder* . it was good as well & there was no grit in it that you find in some chowders. "The Boneless Wings were tiny, like half the size of a normal boneless wing. The Cesar salad had way too much cheese. There was quite a bit of cayenne on the corn on the cob, which was not supposed to be there. The add on avocado for my salad was only 3 thin slices for $1.60. The avocado ranch dressing was ranch with a small chunk of avocado thrown in the cup. None of the dips / dressings were labeled as to what they were.
The driver had good communication, however, left the delivery on the ground and not on the stand as stated in my instructions. The cold salad was sideways in the same bag as the hot dishes. "

The fries were disgusting.
They were cold, limp, undercooked or overcooked depending on the fry, and had that nasty texture fries that have sat around for days and then been poorly reheated tend to get. There was no way these had been made fresh more recently than the weekend (it's Wednesday). And there is no way Black Bear would have served these in-restraunt.
Absolutely NOT worth the $7.09 price for a side of fries. Probably 98% of the batch went into the trash, and we still ate too many.
We won't be ordering delivery from Black Bear again."
