"Not exaggerating in the slightest when I say this might be the only Chinese I've ever ordered in the state of CT that felt like the restaurant cares about its food quality. The C4. Pepper Steak/青椒牛 was absolutely loaded with steak and they did not skimp on the meat like a lot of places do and give you only cheap vegetables (awesome portions). Plenty of mixed vegetables that were fully grilled not briefly tossed in a wok (see image). Rice was moist and tasty and not dry. The sauce/marinade was delicious. Will definitely be back again soon. I think I prefer the "original " type with shredded cabbage, carrots, pork etc. These were like flat little envelopes. A thin layer of nicely seasoned pork inside. Egg drop soup! One of favorites. It was delicious! Lots of egg, nice flavor and a good, thick but not too thick consistency. Like a warm hug. All of my food was PIPING HOT and tasted fresh. Nicely packaged. Would try again."
