I honestly do not understand how this location has the ratings it does because this was one of the worst restaurant delivery experiences I’ve had in a very long time, especially for a >$100 order.
This restaurant is literally one block away from me, and it took about an hour for the food to arrive.
When the food finally arrived, the order was missing the Pizookie entirely. The deep dish nachos were honestly embarrassing. Many of the chips were burnt nearly black, and for $19 there were barely any toppings at all. There was no guacamole, no salsa, and no sour cream. The toppings that did exist were scattered over the top few chips, while the rest of the container was basically just burnt chips with almost nothing on them.
The chicken broccoli Alfredo came with what appeared to be a single broccoli stem, not even actual broccoli florets, and a few slices of chicken. The Parmesan crusted chicken was also missing the lemon sauce, the bottom of the container look partially melted like it was sitting near or on a heating element.
How a restaurant can display multiple quality control failures across almost every item in the order is impressive. To add insult to injury the response to the incomplete and poor-quality order was a $33 credit or the option to wait another hour for replacement food. That is an absurd resolution considering the amount of money spent and the I condition the food arrived in."

"Recently, Cheesecake Factory has definitely lost the plot on both quantity and quality (for context, I've ordered from them the last 3 weekends in a row). Today, they used old tortilla chips as the base for my Factory Nachos and most of them were inedible as they were soaked in oil and/or too hard to eat and the portion was half of what it normally is (it's my fav dish and I've eaten it many tips both onsite and delivery). On my Caesar Salad , they omitted the croutons. The Street Corn had a lot of burnt portions. Finally - they sent butter, but omitted my complimentary bread. These items, plus the Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake cost me a total of $74.80 (before tip - and all of it was vegetarian, no meat added). It's really gotten out of hand and tells me I need to take a break from ordering from them.
As a footnote - last weekend I had the Spinach-Artichoke Dip and the amount received was a joke - it was literally just enough for 4 or 5 tortillas chips - for $20.50!!!!!"

"I haven't been to Round Table in years! Literally years. When I moved to Pleasanton in 1997, my first pizza order was from this restaurant. I grew up on Round Table in the South Bay in Santa Clara County. It was THE BEST! Even going back to the early 80s when I was in high school, that was the place everybody went.
I expected the same thing here, at this Pleasanton Round Table since they are a chain. However, what I experienced were very in fresh ingredients, mistake in orders, and something that really bugged me; an older Asian lady always answered the phone and giving your order was an ordeal. "We no have pepperoni, we ran out". They were always saying the same predictable lines:
1) They're out of (fill in the blank)
2) They're closing early today because of (I'm working by myself, we have no drivers, the salad bar is already put away and the ovens are turned off, plus many more).
3) Anything you can make up
The store was always dirty. I couldn't believe the dichotomy between the one I'd always gone to with the freshest pizza, and this one that never had customers.
HOWEVER....there is good news! I tried R.T. Last month for the first time since the late 90s. And it's awesome! I've sampled several large items with repeat orders too check consistency. The verdict is in: they're back!! The pepperoni with extra cheese is so awesome. So is the garlic bread with cheese--- it's to die for. The fresh salad for one person is huge and comes "fully loaded" (but I request pulling the cucumbers out---not my favorite. And the lettuce is beautifully fresh. No wilted leaves or brown/black spots. The cinnamon twist desert things are very good, but be aware that they appear small on the R.T. website. In reality, they are HUGE. And delicious. If you're ordering pizza just for you and for leftovers the next day, just place one order for them. I think it's 2 per order, so I ordered 2 packs, which was four deserts. They're great! But it took me a week to finish them by keeping them in the fridge, then warming them up really fast in a toaster oven.
I definitely recommend this Round Table. Delivery is fast and the food is HOT!

"I’ll be honest — I’m usually not the biggest fan of the pizzas at California Pizza Kitchen 🍕😅 BUT… their pasta dishes completely surprised me.
One night while staying at a nearby hotel, I was seriously craving Chicken Piccata, and this place absolutely delivered. I ordered it with the pappardelle noodles and WOW. The noodles were wide, thick, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The chicken itself was tender and cooked beautifully, and the piccata sauce was honestly one of the tastiest I’ve had in a long time. Super flavorful, comforting, and exactly what I was hoping for.

My only complaint from one past order was that I added a side of mac & cheese and somehow only received a container of macaroni with cheese sauce instead of the full dish I paid for. "Everything was okay. The Red & Gold Beets were delicious, but the bogo just meant that they took a normal order and put into two boxes because there wasn't much in either. The Rigatoni Bolognese needed more meat sauce and also Parmesan (did not send any cheese with the meal). The Penne a la Vodka also needed cheese, and the chicken was kind of bland. It didn't taste like a pasta that was finished in the gravy. The house made Foccaccia was also delicious, but again, not much, only 4 slices of bread, and the dipping sauce needed more vinegar.
