"It took almost an hour for them to put out four tenders and some fries. Door dash driver waited at store for almost 20 minutes waiting for my order. On top of being mediocre chicken here in Arizona and the fries always being half-soggy, now it takes them an hour to put the food out when you order it online.
Every day Cane's gets worse and worse. Workers who can't ensure orders are correct according to the tickets, workers who struggle to take orders or don't know that there are two sizes of water, to simply being too distracted to focus on their jobs.
For chicken tenders that cost you an arm and a leg for small portions, with some tenders being the size of a nugget at times, the least they can do is get orders right and get orders out in a timely manner.

I know everything has gone up, but this is outrageous for what I paid."
