"this restaurant is one I recently started ordering from occasionally as a special treat given its price point, and they've been nothing but good quality until today. I ordered the same sandwich I have been and was disappointed to say the least.
I'm used to this sandwich coming with a full sausage patty and slice of cheese, not a sad few cubes hidden in the egg and a few shreds of cold cheese tucked into the bottom. the whole sandwich was cold, and the driver didn't have any stops or take longer than usual to arrive so idk what exactly caused it cause that's also never been an issue before.
I also decided to try their almond croissant today, and was disappointed to find no filling like in the description, just almonds.
I don't know what changed but if there's even a chance I get this again the next time I try ordering it's not worth it; $30 for a sandwich only to have to re-cook and fix it up myself at home is NOT worth it; I recommend ordering with care and managing expectations."

"The 2 French Toast - OO is really good, thick, Texas toast-style bread. The 2 biscuits and gravy are amazing! The southern gravy (aka country/sawmill/white gravy) has a really good flavor with a good proportion of sausage in it. The biscuits were fresh and fall apart in your mouth with a little crisp on the outside. Perfect, in my opinion! I love that the biscuits and gravy arrived separately so as not to make the biscuits soggy and I could put just the right amount of gravy on for me and save the other biscuit and gravy for later. Good portion sizes as well. 10/10 "
"The Jr. Chocolate Milk was regular milk with barely any chocolate syrup. My niece was excited about getting the "carton like bubby gets at school". She refused to drink it. The Strawberry Cinnamon Roll was OK. The strawberry frosting was delicious but the cinnamon roll was basically just a smooshed honey bun. She was again disappointed. She only ate a bite of this before refusing to eat more. She did however love the kids Jr French Toast Combo. She wanted her egg scrambled with cheddar cheese and the roasted red potatoes instead of meat. It was enough for 2 meals for her and was very pleased. The portion sizes are a bit large for a child. The options are a bit pricey as well."

"Spaghetti is always good, and By the Bucket makes it affordable to eat pasta, and the Familia Bucket is a fairly large bucket. We get the garlic butter noodles, and it keeps my lady and I returning often. The Meatball ( one meatball per) are good sized and have good flavor, but not overpowering or spicy. They offer parmesan and crushed red pepper packets, as well. We finish the meal with Tiramisu, and cant help ourselves from indulging. I highly recommend By the Bucket and will order again soon!"
