My only small complaint is that the driver didn't knock on the door (just left it outside), so there was a short wait before I noticed it. That could make the food a bit cooler than ideal right after drop-off, especially in a hotel setting. Chili comes in small 1 oz ramekin for reference. (They gave me two, thanks!) My only complaint about this location is that my food was packaged as if it were dumped into the box directly from the fryer. The side of the box for my order of chips and queso was COVERED in fryer oil that had pooled up inside the box and then spilled when placed in the bag. It made the whole experience very messy and everything else in the bag had been at least partially coated in that same fryer oil.
