I decided to try a new place and I definitely regret it. Extremely tiny pieces of shrimp and some tiny, unidentifiable vegetables! Hard as a rock. What tuned out to be zucchini was the size of a quarter. The carrot was not even 2 inches long. The shrimp was exactly 2.5 inches long- counting the inedible tail. Not worth $15 by any stretch of the imagination ! If I had been served this in the actual restaurant I would send it back! I paid extra for garlic edamame and received bland tasteless plain ones. The appetizer combo looked old and was dried out. It was inedible. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again and do not recommend for anyone else to either! We all work too hard for our money to throw it away on crap restaurants like this!"

"There were early signs that I was going to fall for this restaurant. Wait time "none" was the first clue. I happen to like their Ninja name too. I ordered 4 items but the Triad Yakisoba was an unexpected delight. Generous portion, noodles were cooked and perfectly coated with comfort flavors, the protein content was excellent. "After a tasty first order, I tried Ninja Express a second time, to sample other items. The Hibachi has not failed yet, that's 3 out of 3 wins! The meat was seared perfectly, the beef slices were more gingery than expected, but good! The teriyaki sauce did not overwhelm the dish. Lion King was a last minute add-on and it's a roarin' success. Balanced flavors in that sushi, with even-handed use of rice. I really like that they do NOT mask natural food flavors and drown the dishes with sauces. Having said that, go easy on the dressing for the avocado salad. Very crisp, fresh vegetables but a little of that dressing is enough. The avocado slices easily amp the richness and may also cause the salad to get soggy quickly. Generous dollop of crab there!

"First time trying Umami Ramen and I can definitely say I will be ordering it again. I tried the R2. Spicy Tonkotsu (Thin Noodles), the Onigiri - Tuna, and the Oolong Tea (bottle).
The Spicy Tonkotsu ramen was a 10/10 for me! I ordered it mild and itstill had a spicy kick but the broth was rich and flavorful. The Pork Chashu was tender too! The noodles were bouncing which was a fun surprise being that I've never had ramen noodles this texture before.
The Tuna Onigiri was a nice complement to the spiciness of the ramen broth. It was a first time trying onigiri for me so I wasn't sure what to expect. The rice had a stickiness to it and the tuna was flavorful and not dry at all which I will say I was expecting but it was so good!
Lastly, the Oolong Tea to wrap up the whole meal. It was tasty, light and my ideal choice of beverage to wash down a delicious meal.
For a first time experience with Umami Ramen, it gets a 10/10 from me. The food's quality, the tastes, and overall presentation were remarkable. I will definitely be back. Strongly suggest! "
