"The food tasted good, as usual. The burritos were fine, but the Chicken Quesadillas were, of course, placed flat on the bottom of the bag. All of the other food was then piled on top of them, so they were smashed. Some of the filling had oozed out, and I had to peel the paper off of the tortilla. Some of it stayed stuck on the paper. The sour cream is incredibly over-priced. They fill a 2 oz container about halfway full, so they are charging 60 cents for an ounce. I can buy a 16 oz container of Daisy for $2.99 at Kroger. I tried two weeks in a row, to place an order, but it was canceled.both times When I was finally able to get the order to go thru, the item I wanted was no longer available, so I needed to make a substitution. I ordered the broccoli beef Bowl . The container was almost all rice. There were 4 very small strips of beef and several pieces of broccoli. The broccoli was basically raw. I didn't want it mushy, but I expected it to at least be cooked. There also was just a tiny amount of sauce on it, but it was tasteless. Paying $10.40 for basically a bowl of rice was definitely a disappointment. My son enjoyed his meal. It will be a while before I order from here again. But it's common to not get the same quality of food you would receive if you actually sit at the restaurant table, and eat there, as you get when you order takeout, and take the food home. (People can't return food that is delivered to them).

"Egg Rolls (6) were decent but Nachos were an atrocity even for late night bar food, canned cheese dip and entirely unseasoned ground beef for an extra charge. Ordered The Goat Salad as well but can't comment on it as we did not receive it."

"El Pollo Loco is one of my favorite restaurants to order from, my order is always correct, veggies are fresh and presentations are on point! For my Oder o got the Shredded Chicken Nachos, they are delicious, and the portion is to much for one person, maybe even two! The medley of the contents of the nachos were separate, I tasted everything. My only hang up is, despite how fast it came, my chips were a tad soggy. Other than that it was a 10/10!"
"I absolutely love this everytime I get it! Pact with fresh juicy chicken, lettuce, flavorful rice and beans. I love the way it all comes together with the crunch of the tortilla bowl, ant the bowl is always super full to the top! Now this time, the chicken was a little dry and over seasoned. But out of the several times I've purchased, this is my first very small complaint. Do not hesitate to purchase, especially if you work out, this is packed with protein and everything you need to replenish your body and heal! Sorry about no pick,my kids started demolishing it before I got to it lol"

"I never really thought I would like Rosa's, though I don't know why. I have had it three times now and I love it!! Everything is always good. The DOZEN FLOUR TORTILLAS are always delicious, arriving hot and cooked perfectly! The #46 LARGE QUESO AND CHIPS queso is really good too. I just tried one of the BASKET OF SOPAPILLAS (8) sopapillas and it was light, fluffy and just the right amount of cinnamon-sugar. I haven't tried the #14 CHICKEN FAJITA WITH QUESO yet, but it looks great!!"
"#38 LARGE QUESO was either old or overcooked. It was clumpy as if it came from the bottom of a pot that had been cooking for an entire day.
BASKET OF SOPAPILLAS (8) barely had any cinnamon-sugar on it and they were extremely greasy.
DOZEN FLOUR TORTILLAS were fantastic as usual. I make my own fillings for them and they were spot-on as usual.
If we still had the star rating system, I'd give it 3-stars."
