"This was our first time ordering from here and we were disappointed. The $16+ ham and cheese sandwich on pretzel bread was smaller than expected, but it would've been good how they made it properly. We requested no hot honey, which they soaked the bread with. And the other condiment, which was a Dijon horseradish that we did want to be on the sandwich, they forgot.
The shrimp scampi was very underseasoned, and the shrimp was overcooked (made us think they may use pre-cooked shrimp), but once we added garlic, salt, pepper, and a few red pepper flakes it was decent. However, they didn't include the garlic bread that was supposed to come with it.
We ordered a couple of kids meals. One of them was the PB&J. There was barely any PB or J on that sandwich, but there was very dry, very old and stale bread. It was in edible and went straight in the garbage.
Positive things? The monster cookies were OK, the soup was decent (not great, but decent), and the baby carrots that came with the kids meals were very fresh (mid of dad that they were the best part of the meals - lol). Also, the fruit cup medley that came with the ham and cheese sandwich was really fresh and tasty, but the little container was barely half full.
We really wanted to like this place, because they have a good variety of menu items and things that are different, but it was a miss."

"Overall it was good! I love the clean eating options. I got the Build A Bowl Large and it's good. I think a bit under-seasoned but still good! The Berry Berry Good definitely tastes like the strawberry whey protein but I did get extra so totally expected. The only disappointment was the Sweet Potato Fries. I don't think the price ($3.59) is proportional to how many fries they add(7). They also were not even a little crunchy even though they were baked."

"Most of the chicken tenders, 3 of four, were fresh while one was very small, way overcooked, dry and appeared as though it sat around for a long time. Fries and cheese curds were ok. The drink was wrong but thankfully it was a flavor I could work with. For once I actually received the sauces that were requested. All of the food was still very warm when received and it came early. Would be nice if they and other stores would provide napkins. It's just as messy having take out as dining in! I would order again. Past couple of orders have been very good! It was good value as this meal will be lunch and dinner."
