"I ordered the quarter dark meat and they sent white meat. Not complaining at all! It was well seasoned and juicy. I got plantains because I love them. And the flan was the best I've had in a long time. Good job!"
"The order is for a whole chicken, but it didn't include the breast—only the legs and thighs. It seems they ran out of one of the sides, as I had ordered yuca; I picked up the order myself, and they didn't mention anything or ask if the substitution was okay—I just got a modest amount of potatoes instead. However, this is the second time the chicken hasn't included the portions I paid $32 for. I think it’s better to be honest with the customer and say, "We don't have this item; would you like something else?""

"Every item ordered, half chicken, yucca, and taco salad were the worst I've had compared to other similar chicken restaurants in the area. Chicken was gamey and dry! Salad had almost no salad at all. And the yucca was poor quality and prepped, tasted, terrible. The same goes for the yellow and green sauce, this spot was really disappointing honestly"

"The 1/2 CHICKEN always delicious. Juicy. Spices flavor skin through the moist perfectly cooked meat. Best in Maryland.Did i mention the yellow & green sauces. Sometimes i orderextra sauce because I just like having it available for a food emergency

"Top tier Lomo Saltado! Generous portion, wonderful flavors, spicy salsa! The only thing lacking was the juices. There wasn't very much for the fries and rice to soak up, I'd have loved more of the stew. I've been sampling all the Lomo Saltado in the Metro DC Area and this is one of the best so far. The The Chicken Quesadilla came with all the fixings and there was enough for the whole thing. The 3 Empanadas were good, but if I ordered again I'd only get the beef ones, the chicken and veggie one were just so-so."

"This is my first order from here. I had a craving for potato salad and my usual go-to was closed so a search led me here. This is actually a better salad and contains what is missing in the other one... chopped egg. Also has some snappy peas and a little carrot but adds a fresh taste and crisp texture. Best of all, no vinegar taste! Glad I found this place! Also, 1 order feeds 2 easily, 1 order of cucumber salad feeds 2-4 people. Fresh and crispy cucumber, tomato, red onion with balanced flavors and lite dressing.
Next time...I'll try the meat dishes 😁"

"HORRIBLE. All I have to say. Outrageous prices for the worst food, the quality, portions, everything. The empanadas are the size of literally put two square snickers bars together, not the mini bar the actual little mini squares and it cost 10.99. The lomosaltado with some Hacaunna whatever sauce, it tasted like that nacho cheese mild flavor chile con queso from a jar and threw it on some rice, I ordered salmon instead of squid because I'm allergic and boom, entire meal was ruined gave me some burned like black burned to a crisp octopus...Just everything about this place. "Honestly, we really liked the food here. But the customer service... The guy running the front handed us a faulty bag, after which broke and chicken fell out, and then he just stared blankly and said no when asked for replacements. "For the first time in 8 years, this was awful. The plantains were dry and old. Even the Rice & Beans was dry. The Jumbo Dogs was okay, but the bun was more jumbo than the hot dog. The chicken was fine, but I had to throw away at least a third of the plantains. They delivered no sauce although I requested 2 pink. "Luzmila's is one of my favorite bolivian restaurants in the area. Located on rt 7/west broad street. Near Arlington, falls church etc. I just ordered a fricase that reminded me of home. It always gives me that cooked at home by a Bolivian momma feel. I love getting lechon there too with a side of rice. Or there plato completo with a sopa de mani or chairo and lechon. My fav 😍 "
"Moconchinche/peach drink - not sure what I was sent but it tasted like cold sweetened cinnamon tea. 3 stars
QUESILLO BOLIVIANO - a block of cold cheese with nothing else; 1 star
PUPUSAS - with bean & cheese; as seen in the picture its thin and not much filling. There barely anything inside and you only taste the corn. 2 stars for being edible
Cunape - Just like a large Pão de queijo, chewy & soft with the perfect amount of saltiness. It went well with every I ordered. It the only thing I would order again. 5 stars
Platano Frito Grande - large order of maduros (sweet plaintains) that melted the styrofoam container as shown in the pictures. They are a solid 4 stars but -1 for the styrofoam issue.
Overall, I wont order from them again. The onlyecent things was the cheese bread and icanget it at a better value elsewhere."

"I ordered takeout from their Pick 2 Lunch Special, which is a fantastic deal at just $17.95. The arroz con mariscos was exceptional, and the suspiro was incredible—warm dulce de leche topped with a delicate, lemony meringue. You have to try it! I can’t wait to sample every item on the special. Pisco y Nazca never disappoints. So grateful they’ve come to Bethesda. I could eat here for lunch every day!"
"The Leche de Tigre is being delivered poorly. You used to get a separate box of calamari, then it came in the container which became soggy, and now you barely get any. It's disappointing. This is some of the best ceviche, and it insults the experience. This is how it was delivered to me via Doordash"

"Paksiw is delicious both hot and cold, Ube soft serve is creamy and smooth, the spuds were nice and crispy and the Lapu Lapu sauce is better than a similarly-colored sauce from a chain restaurant... if you catch my drift. I will be ordering from them again soon. 10/10 will go there again... many more times"
"The spuds were more soggy than wet bread, no salt. there's more egg than sausage, the sausage Pattie is as thin as McDonald's and the egg is as fluffy as cotton candy on soggy bread. Very disappointed."

"Steak and Cheese Empanada& Yucca , Homemade Flan & Chicken Saltenas and Beef Saltenas salsa all delicious and tasted fresh . in order again"
"Beef had great flavor but both were very dry and both missing signature egg which saltenas usually come with. The sauces were different because normally they go with empanadas not saltenas I was hoping for llajwa, typical Bolivian hot sauce. I ordered Inca Cola Canned but it was not sent."

"The food was good. Nachos were loaded. "
"Hello, honestly I was very disappointed with my food. I ordered two fried fish, but they were not fresh at all. They seemed like they had been refried, they were dry, and barely had any meat on them. The beans were also too salty. Overall, I was not satisfied with my meal."

"We had a mishap where we were delivered the wrong food. The restaurant called us immediately after we reported it through the app. The person who called could not have been nicer or more helpful. They remade our order and had it sent out immediately. The tacos were really good and the sauce was some of the best we have had from any Peruvian chicken place. It's easier to provide good service when everything goes as planned. The excellent level of service we received after something went wrong is what makes this place special. "
"Great burrito however two things I would improve is not only having different rice options for the burritos but also to change the portion sizes of the fries and putting them in a different container as I don't like soggy fries especially because it makes the bag wet when I open it"

"They are delicious and very flavorful, beat in town"
"You simply can't beat this place for the price. The Paella De Mariscos / Seafood isn't what I would call a true paella, but mine came with three large shrimp, two clams and two mussels, flavorful rice, and some green peppers and onions for 13.95?? They make excellent Tostones (Patacones) as well. Second time ordering from here and I have not been disappointed."
