Tonight I placed my order at 5:28 for delivery between 7:00 & 7:20. My receipt shows they completed my order at 5:37. I believe my order sat under heat lamps until picked up by my dasher right on time at 7:05. My Cream Cheese Rangoons were soggy from being placed in a bag where they steamed until they were inedible. The chow mein was so dry you could barely get it on the fork. The Beijing beef & Kung pai chicken were dry as well. Everything was barely luck warm. What a disappointment."
