It's simply delicious and very filling, as I could only finish half of it at lunch. I also ordered a Quesadilla Regular con Carne / Regular Quesadilla with Beef, which contains grilled chopped steak with white cheese. The steak is flavorful and the homemade tortilla is good, but overall, the quesadilla is a bit bland and could use some beans or other options to add flavor.
