"This is one of the best restaurants in the area imo. The food is consistently high quality and prepared well. Portions are huge and everything on the menu has been excellent. All of the pasta dishes are great and you definitely shouldn't sleep on the pizza either."
"The amount of food they give for value is very good. The noodles were cooked nicely but the chicken left me wanting in the sense of how it was cooked. The whole dish lacked seasoning. Even with adding seasonings myself, salt and pepper, it did not really help the dish. It did not seem like the dish was cooked with even those. As for the cannoli, it did not seem like a traditional Sicilian cannoli which is made with ricotta. Unless the ratio of ricotta to powdered sugar is inverted, the texture and taste were off. The texture too smooth and not thick enough; the taste, far too sweet. The shell was well made, though. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by either dish ordered. I don't think I'll give it another go. Just my two cents. Also, I'm from South Philly. Italian food is a way of life there, so I'm not talking from lack of experience or exposure."

"This is my 3rd time ordering from them and it has been great..last time I ordered the chocolate mousse cake but got the solid chocolate cake..no big deal but this time I ordered the Limoncello Mascarpone Cake - Cake and it was so tiny in size like a sliver of a cake...maybe it was the end of the cake but it was still good..just so tiny it didn't seem worth it to buy dessert."

"Im a bit disappointed it didnt come with some pasta. It was a very large cutlet and tasted very good. "It's good pasta that doesn't have much sauce but it is a Pasta Carbonara. And I do wish the bacon was bigger instead of a lot of small pieces. But very excellent Pasta Carbonara"
"absolutely horrible. cheap ingredients, not made correctly, pasta undercooked and charged 15.00 for it. salad literally store bought pre-chopped iceberg lettuce smallest portion of cheap dressing and charged 11.99 for it. Drink was too small for the price and what little ice there may have been was melted by the time it arrived. It was diffcult to remove the safety seal and paper later tape to get to the drink. All in all, it was a fairly good meal and I will probably order from Cane Rosso again."

"I had the Bolognese with Angel Hair pasta. It arrived hot and separated well from the Salad. Kudos to the Restaurant and to the Dasher. The Bolognese was rich and creamy with an outstanding texture and flavor. The accompanied Salad although good was very sparse. It consisted of two small slices of tomato and lettuce, and there was very little lettuce. I had a terrific meal and highly recommend the Bolognese with the pasta of your choice."
"The worst meal of Spaghetti Pasta and Ravioli we have ever had at this restaurant. There was so much pepper on the meal that we were not able to eat it at all. Neither one of us can tolerate pepper very well but this was an excessive amount of pepper as you will see from the enclosed photographs I have included. The meals were a total loss of money to us. The portion size of the ravioli was 4 noodles in total. The lids came off in the bags because they were packed sideways and leaked through the bags. Each entree came in it's own bag. The bread was hard and difficult to bite and swallow. A total loss!!"

"Got the medium supreme and cheese sticks. Had never eaten here before now, and sad to say you're better off with papa John's or Marco's. The marinara for the cheese sticks was not great... think spaghetti O's from a can flavor and you're not far off. The pizza was super oily and just bland overall... if you want something good that's not a large chain get joes pizza and pasta on 377 they use the same box and the pizza is way better"

"the Canoli was one of the best ones ive had. usually the filling is too sweet and the shell doesn't add to the flavor. this was a good match and the cream was the the right amount of sweet.
the portion size on everything was huge. good amount for cost. the Meatball Sub was good, but I would've preferred more sauce and less cheese. the spaghetti sauce was a bit thick so it didn't coat the pasta well, but again still very good taste. scampi sauce needed a bit more thickness as most of the sauce was at the bottom and needed a bit more garlic."

"never a bad experience here. Food is always fresh and delicious"
"The sauce and noodles are great! The bread is basically a fancy hot dog bun with butter and barely a maybe ish hint of garlic. The fried chicken on the Alfredo tasted like the frozen chicken Pattie from Sam's Club. And the grilled chicken tasted like the Mesquite grilled chicken from Sam's clubs frozen section. Sauce seemed maybe homemade.
Overall...decent for the price. We likely won't order again just because we are fairly picky about the quality of our protein. But it was a good portion size. And the salad was fresh."
