"For the price it's not worth the quality. The Fish and Chips left a lot to be desired. Hard to tell what what fish and what was fries. The fish was so small and not worth it doordashed. Not sure if I got some random left over or if that is the size they give you. The lemon and celery were in the bag which was weird and the food was just a bit overpriced for what you get. We have gone at the restaurant and enjoyed our experience but door dashing late probably isn't worth it. You can tell they make their stuff fresh which is nice and props to them but quality getting it delivered left more to be desired."

"Be aware that they now have three different locations on DoorDash and it's not set to automatically pick the one nearest you. The addresses are not prominent unless to click the store info tab, so I inadvertently ordered from the Santa Clara location when the Campbell location is around the corner from me. I typically won't order fries from any restaurants that are more than a couple miles from me because I don't want cold, mushy fries. That being said, you could tell the restaurant honored my request for extra crispy CRINKLE FRIES but by the time they made it to me they were cold and mushy. And by no fault of the driver. The fries were decent but I think they would have been better if they didn't come from several miles away. The JALAPENO CHEDDAR burger was good. Also lukewarm when it arrived. Again, not the Dasher's fault. They actually seasoned it better than they do at the Campbell location and had it been hot I think it would have been really good. They didn't give me the extra cheese I ordered and paid for on the burger but the flavors were good enough that it wasn't missed. I added, not subbed, American cheese. They didn't give me the Cheddar cheese. They just did the American. I should have had double cheese and I not. This constantly happens with this chain though. But they followed all the other notes, which I appreciated. And unfortunately, by the time the Mint Chip shake arrived it was melty. It tasted good but o couldn't really taste the malt I had added and paid for."

"For a late night snack , 12:30 am , this carefully packaged, flavorful order arrived hot and tasty! We ordered the BJ's Wagyu Burger and the New Sal's Brewhouse Chicken and it was EXCELLENT! "I was really looking forward to trying Hala Express because my family and I love Mediterranean food and have enjoyed it at many other restaurants. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had.
The lamb tikka was so spicy that it was inedible. The rice was overcooked and burnt, the vegetables were undercooked, and overall the food lacked flavor. Considering how much we paid, we expected a much higher quality meal.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I called the restaurant simply to let them know how disappointed we were. Rather than apologizing or showing any concern, the manager responded by saying it wasn’t his fault and came across as rude. I had already received a refund through DoorDash, so I wasn’t calling to ask for money back—I just wanted the restaurant to be aware of our experience in the hope that they would take the feedback seriously.
Sadly, the food and the way our concerns were handled left a very negative impression. There are plenty of other Mediterranean restaurants that serve much better food and provide far better customer service. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money here."

The next order was not the same. Both salads had much less of those items and was mostly beets. It was still good, but for a large salad I expect more than 2 orange segments and 2 teaspoon-sized dollops of goat cheese. There were hardly any cranberries or walnuts or even arugula.
I was very disappointed as I had told my family how good the salad was, only to be unpleasantly surprised.
Due to this inconsistency, I will not be ordering from The Farmers Union again.
