My partner, who's down with RSV , sleepily remembered their C21. Spicy Braised Beef Noodle Soup 香辣牛肉汤面 from last summer. Seemed perfect. Well, It was just what he remembered, super rich, big chucks of beef, but not very spicy(so if you want some heat, id request they take it up a notch). I wanted something comforting too, and went with the Chinese version of C27. Pan fried noodle with shrimp 虾仁两面黄 that, with a bit of fish sauce, could transform into something far more Vietnamese. Lots of medium tender shrimp,picky me, I'd have loved one more bok choy. I did pick up one more spicy item, F4. Sauteed shredded chicken in fish garlic sauce 鱼香鸡 which was a mindblower. Lots of lotus root, chicken, bamboo and a rich and spicy sauce. Total winner. Finally I can relax wheni want Chinese and not spend an hour looking through menus on Yelp. "
