There was maybe a 1/3 of a cup and the cucumber salad maybe a 1/2 cup. The sashimi was so bad we didn't eat it: weird texture and absolutely zero taste. The Rill Me A Fatty and Make It So Roll we're so over drenched in a sweet cloying creamy sauce that the ingredients were indiscernible. Same with the salmon skin hand roll. The only that was ok, according to my partner, as I didn't eat it was the 49 roll. So bad!!!"

They've recently changed their menu, and the portions are now noticeably smaller and less flavorful. They got rid of my long-time favorite, which was the Kyoto Salmon Eggplant Bowl, so I tried the 5.Miso Grilled Salmon & Eggplant Bowl, which was similar, but just not the same. Smaller portions of both the salmon and the eggplant, and even the rice --not to mention the rice just tasted like plain steamed rice, not infused with the flavorful sauce it used to have. I had the same experience recently with the Bang Bang Chicken.
The 1.Korean Fire Chicken Noodles did have really good flavor, but were awfully oily.
I will probably still order from here in the future, but not as enthusiastically, nor as often."

Kid's Fruit Bowl was described as having sesame seeds, but it was just a plain fruit bowl such as might be found in the fridge at Safeway, only smaller and more expensive. Egg rolls were a bit mushy inside but flavor was good. The main disappointment was the poke or "pokie." We got the half order of hamachi for $23, and what arrived was a little sprinkling of fish and green onions soaked in sesame oil, in a container full of garnish.
If your're used to eating poke in Hawaii or almost anywhere else one finds good poke, servings are typically abundant and flavorful. This hamachi was fresh and good quality but grossy overpriced for the amount, and rather plain. At least they should have put it in a much smaller container to make it look like "more." Will likely order from this restaurant again as it's been better in the past, just won't repeat tonight's order. "
