"We literally order Ferny's at least once per week, and anytime we try a different shop for burritos, beans, and rice, we wish we would have ordered Ferny's. The beans and rice are perfectly cooked and seasoned. We usually each get a Crispy Potato Taco as a starter, and then we have part of a burrito. I get the Pollo Asado Burrito with some additions, and my hubs gets the Chicken Chipotle Burrito. The leftover burrito, Side of Beans, and Side of Rice become a whole second meal! Do not make the mistake of trying another taco shop...Ferny's is the correct answer! "

"The worst quesadilla I've had in a long time, and quesadilla might as well be its own food group for me. A small handful of the tiniest pieces of chicken, globs of chipotle sauce and barely any cheese. It was basically a tortilla with chipotle sauce and was completely inedible. Maybe today was a bad day as I've had other food from here that's good, but the Quesadilla Spicy Chicken wasn't it."

"Had the Hash brown Break burrito, was a buy one get one offer that I just couldn't pass up in price. Plus the Wife wanted a breakfast burrito. Honestly, one of the better breakfast burritos I've had in my 37 years of living in San Diego. Solid amount of bacon. Like seriously a respectable amount of bacon. If you don't like bacon, then don't get this ridiculously bacon'ed and cheese'd burrito of happiness. The fact that we ordered two burritos for $18 ($25 after DoorDash driver tip and stuff) brings me back to a time in San Diego where the working man can afford burritos regularly.
