My curly fries were hot and fresh and the order was full.  However, my cheddar cheese was not included. There was also no napkins in there. Overall, it was good, but I think the packaging and logistics of the fish sticks could be improved. Plus, I wouldn't mind somebody quality checking my order to make sure that I got what I asked for. I understand it's only a dollar but it's some thing that I look for when I treat myself to Arby's. One last thing, I ordered cookies, and I had never ordered them before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The website described them as being warm when they delivered to me.
