It seems to be almost a 50% rate of: Sloppy or clearly rushed items, spilled items, queso with chunks of chicken and veggies from other items spilled in it, or plain missing/wrong items all together. (The amount of queso included with no chips is beyond infuriating. Happens a lot).
I've ordered from this location maybe 30 times over the last 2 years, and after one of the worst orders ever I had to leave a review. The quesedilla looks like it was thrown together almost angrily, too much chicken in one half, almost 0 in the other, falling apart, sloppily folded. its terrible. Chunks of stuff as previously mentioned that aren't supposed to be in my queso. Missing items.
Only order from here if you're willing to gamble your money on an correct meal. "

"The first time we tried Makondo it was delicious and flavorful. Both times we ordered the Bandeja Paisa. However the second time was terrible. Im not sure if they changed chefs but there was no flavor in the food. There was barely any seasoning especially in the beans. They were bland and needed salt. The Tostones were over cooked and burnt. My husband called to speak to the manager but they were not there. Very disappointed and will not order from there again. "
