"Very disappointing, this location is terrible compared to the Pearland location. First time ordering from here and everything was so bad. Sad because we left a rave review for the Pearland spot. The chocolate pastry had barely any chocolate in it at all, for over 6 dollar you would think they would make it loaded, the other location gives you way more and tasted like we were just eating plain bread. The fruit they use here is so bad, again the other location gives the best fruit at peak flavor and ripeness, this one however had very poor fruit, all the strawberries were still green, like how does a self respecting French pastry bakery put junk like that out to customers and for the exorbitant fees they charge too? An almost 80 dollar order for a few pastries and coffee and almost all of it was not good and pathetic, the other location was always great and we ordered a few times a month but this place we will never order from again.
The only decent items were the Matcha Latte and the coffee croissant everything else we feel as though they just robbed us of our money. Most of the items had literally no taste and no flavor.
Do not recommend them at all. Go to the Pearland location instead much better quality.

"Another average at best Greek/Mediterranean spot in Houston. We have tried almost all of them and most are not that good to be honest. The dip sampler was ok, tzatziki was decent, eggplant was pretty good, but the hummus was terrible we had to throw it out. Also for over $20 in sampler dips you would think they would do the right thing and give you 2-3 pittas to dip in them. Nope they barely gave us one pita, very disappointing. We even ordered extra on the side and again it was very minimal, pittas are cheap and easy to make and most spots throw in a few especially if you order extra but they did not. The pittas are very soft and fluffy though so that is a bright spot one of the better pittas in Houston.
The gyro was decent but nothing unforgettable best part of it was the pitta on the outside. We prefer thin sliced pieces of meat but they were a bit chunkier.
So overall would not recommend them at all 6/10, still the best Greek/Mediterranean food out here is Petras, at least they give tons of meat on their gyros and the meat is flavorful instead of bland like most of these places."

"Absolutely fabulous & fresh!!! The Falafel Salad is delicious! The falafel arrived warm and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The salad is refreshing and arrived nice and chilled. The DD app shows what looks like a feta vinegarette dressing for the Falafel Salad . That dressing was missing, which was disappointing. The Falafel Salad was delicious but would have tasted brighter if it had a great chunky feta vinegarette dressing to add acidity. The Mediterranean Hummus is SO yummy!!!!!! Even though we dont like olives (and requested they be on the side), we could overlook them here because the olives were coated in Mediterranean Hummus yumminess!!!! (Insert heart emojis). Normally, I like olive oil and paprika on hummus. Cafe Petra elevates hummus to an altogether different (higher) level with its perfect blend of other toppings for their "out of this world" Mediterranean Hummus!!! Be sure to try it for yourself! You wont be disappointed. (BTW, the portion sizes were good for the price, and they were satisfying even though shared with another person). "

It's the only place I know of that one can get Ghormeh Sabzi and Gheymeh and if you've not had either, try them! Pure comfort food. The hummus is out of this world and I appreciate the side of sumac with my orders -- try it on your kabab, on your hummus, on your rice. Delicious! You'll want it on everything you eat after that. Everything is so fresh and so flavorful, cooked perfectly. They package everything wonderfully for delivery, but try dining in. You won't regret it either way."

"Very expensive for what you actually get so please be advised that for the time being this is really if you want it really badly. Beef Kabob is basically three smallish pieces of beef, not a lot of rice. Tasty? Yes! But the portions are atrocious. Lamb Shank is hit or miss. Sometimes big, and sometimes small. Taste is fantastic, but portion wise not really that consistent. Shrimp Salad tastes really good and a moderate amount of shrimp, may not be enough for some. Tiramisu tastes ok not very sweet if you are not into sweet desserts this is for you. Garlic Dip is delicious and has a strong garlic flavor. I wish I had lots more meat to eat it with! 😮💨😔They are very gracious with the pita bread if you like it they will provide to you a lot. Otherwise the actual food items so little yet so expensive. Not worth it unless you need Mediterranean food rally badly and maybe do pick up to save yourself 10 or so dollars or more."

Lamb Gyro was excellent and I appreciate the extra time they take to finely chop the tomato, onion and lettuce.
After that is where things take a turn. The Rice is almost completely bland, some salt could have easily fixed this.
The kabob also suffered from very obvious lack of salt and the portion was not worth the nearly $19 value. It also came with these perplexing charred whole vegetables that turned slimy very quickly, no need to include that at all.
Overall very mixed experience, Highly recommend sticking with the sandwiches, appetizers and desserts, all of which I would order again until Bibi's learns to salt their food."
