"I wish restaurants would consider that to-go orders don't need to match the presentation that they provide for dine-in guests. Specifically, for something like a Chimichanga, let's not put the sauce and guac on its hot fried exterior if it's for delivery! That way the chimichanga has a chance of arriving without a soggy exterior AND the sauces stay the consistency they are intended to have!
Regardless, COA does not disappoint on the quality and freshness of their ingredients. Everything feels clean, never greasy.
I just really really dislike soggy carbs and would pay the 10-50 cents to have the guac and sour cream in a little container just so the integrity of the dish existed upon arrival!

It is alot of food, but I will happily having a mainly protein breakfast tomorrow. Excellent flavoring, especially on the yakisoba. Sometimes places make yakisoba with too much flavor and it can be overpowering. But Grill on Wheels definitely had this seasoned just right.
