I ordered the Biscoff coffee and Conecuh sausage and cheese biscuit through DoorDash, and everything tasted AMAZING! However, my initial delivery arrived without a safety seal on my drink, and the bag appeared to have been torn despite having a seal.
I had called Brew Y’all beforehand to ask about their safety seals, and the gentleman I spoke with confirmed that both drinks and bags should be sealed. After DoorDash arranged a replacement, I called Brew Y’all again and spoke with the same gentleman. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring! He personally made sure my replacement order was extra secure with multiple red safety seals on my drink and food bag. He even took the time to send me a picture before it was picked up so I could see everything was properly sealed!
When my replacement arrived, everything was exactly as he promised. He even wished me safety during the hurricane weather, which was such a thoughtful gesture!
