And even today the gluten free eggs Benedict was fine (though the tiny container of hollandaise was insufficient) and the grits were excellent as always. But it was overshadowed by the gluten free blueberry flapjack that should never have left their kitchen. Sometimes batter can appear dark once on griddle but this wasn't that, it was burned pure and simple and had the acrid burned taste that cannot be overlooked and had to be known by the chef."
