"Lamb platter was fantastic! A lot of food for $11. It's just like a gyro if you get the white sauce, only bigger. My only compliant with it was that it only has two small pita chips. "I’m leaving a 5-star review because the customer service and overall food quality here truly deserve it. The staff is always respectful, attentive, and professional, and when everything is on point, the food is excellent.
That said, I want to share some honest feedback so the experience can be more consistent. The zeppoles are a bit hit-or-miss. Sometimes they come out perfect—soft, warm, and fully filled—but other times they arrive with a very hard exterior and a hollow inside, which makes them uncomfortable to eat unless reheated. Unfortunately, microwaving changes the texture and doesn’t really fix the issue. I understand this may be due to distance and how they cool during delivery, since items like zeppoles are sensitive to temperature and timing.
The only other concern I’ve had is with drink orders. I specifically request regular soda (not zero), and even when I call to confirm, I’ve still received the wrong one multiple times. It may be a simple mistake, but it has happened enough that it stands out.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place because they clearly care about their customers and the quality of their food. With a little more consistency—especially with certain items and order accuracy—this would easily be a flawless experience every time."
