"I’m requesting a manual review of my denied refund. The chicken fried rice was poorly prepared. The rice was hard, the chicken appeared undercooked, and the onions were practically raw. The boneless wings were hard and overly seasoned with lemon pepper. My drink also arrived with visible dark residue on the lid, so I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it. The food quality was unacceptable, and I’m requesting a full refund."
