I think these might be the best wings in San Diego, beating out some of the popular Mainstays like Royal Mandarin. "Tried this place for the first time and so far it didn't disappoint.
I ordered the Shrimp spring rolls and the BBQ Pork spring rolls.
Both came wrapped nicely and had a very fresh taste to them. It had the right amount of crunch to pronounce the freshness and the BBQ pork was seasoned just right. The vermicelli noodles were cooked al dente which only added to the freshness.
The dipping sauce was complimentary without overpowering the rolls, but rather enhancing the flavors.
My only comment for preference would be more vermicelli noodles and less bean sprouts, but then again, that's my own personal preference.
Spring rolls are my favorite, and I look forward to trying the other varieties."
