"I'm very picky and this place knocks the competition out of the water. My boyfriend and I order from here more often than I want to admit lol. There isn't a dish that wasn't fantastic. I cannot pick a favorite or tell you if there is a less tasty dish. The carbonara and the shrimp one with white sauce are my go to's when I can't decide what to get lol. IT IS REALLY THAT GOOD!! "I have not found a higher quality, better tasting pizza any where in the country. My favorite is a Hawaiian only not with the usual pizza sauce, with barbeque.
I didn't give five stars because the tradition of delivery at Brick Oven is no more unless your order amounts tyo in excess of $100. That eliminates pretty much BYU students and most other locals as well unless they're catering an event for you. I used to come here when it was called Heaps of Pizza and pizza delivery from Heaps was a BYU tradition. But that was 57 years ago and times do change. Still, it's sad."

Worst pizza I've had in ages. It's an insult to other 1 star pizza.
I don't know how they have been open for almost seventy years. They must get their name from their pizza being as hard and dry as a brick. Or maybe they just like basketball and throw bricks. I've had amazing pizza at local places across the country and in Italy.
The hearth crust, whatever that's supposed to be, was overly hard. Not crispy. It was hard and dry. The texture of the crust was so off-putting that we thought we had ordered a gluten-free pie. It was so flat and dense.
Speaking of dry, the pizza was baked until the cheese was hard. It wasn't gooey. There was no pull. The cheese was like a hard layer of sediment on extremely greasy pizza.
The overpriced salad had two and a half croutons. Geez, thanks. And black olives on a salad? The 90s lunch school lunch is calling and it has the Brick Oven Salad's name all over it.
This was also so expensive. $21.50 for a 12" pepperoni. $26."

"I ordered the large one topping pizza with cheesy bread sticks for 14.99, I received a small medium pizza. I also ordered two make your own calzones. I ordered them with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, onion and extra cheese. When we got them. They were very dark on top, smaller than we usually get, and they were filled with, VERY LITTLE cheese, VERY LITTLE sausage, VERY LITTLE pepperoni. NO sauce, and A LOT of onions. Enough onions to make up for the meat and cheese that was missing. Not like fresh onions, but boiled type onions. They tasted like a casserole in a bun. There was a lot of bread to them. I was very disappointed because my family didn't.I called and asked for a refund. And the shift manager did give me a refund. I appreciated that. I still have my qualms about this Marco's store because last time I ordered from them I had ordered and paid for 6 extra sauces. Never got them. I recommend the Marco's pizza place in Santaquin. "I love the Strawberry Harvest Salad and I get it almost every time and honestly I get it almost every week. The thing that bothers me is that when I go in to the store they are very generous with portions and when I ask for an extra scoop of cheese and pecans they do it (yes they charge me for it) but they clearly put the extra toppings on. The issue I have with ordering this salad on door dash is that they definitely are skimpy with the ingredients and the items I indicate I want extra on (and am paying more for) they almost never give me the extra scoops. This is so frustrating, the salad is great, but I just want to get what I am paying for. Oh and the salad is so much more expensive to order over door dash, if you can go into the store I would recommend that.
