The Ube Milk Cap Cake was dry yellow sponge cake with no Ube flavor other than the frosting. The Ube Towel Cake was just not an enjoyable texture with the filling but that could be a personal preference. The Matcha Mousse Cake was so bitter I couldn't even finish it and I love the flavor of matcha even when it is not super sweet but this was on another level.
