"I hate writing negative reviews, but after spending over $45 before tip for four breakfast items, I can’t justify this experience.
I have ordered from here once before, but I wasn’t paying full price, so I didn’t think much of it. This time, paying full menu prices really highlighted how disappointing the food was.
Every item looked slopped together instead of thoughtfully prepared. It felt like everything was overloaded with toppings just to make the portions look bigger. More isn’t always better....
The ricotta toast had so much ricotta and bacon that I thought they forgot the toast part (ha). The cream cheese was piled on so dang heavily it overwhelmed the bagel.
Another sandwich was completely buried under a mountain of lettuce, to the point you couldn’t even see what had actually been made. Even the bacon and eggs looked carelessly thrown together, that bacon does NOT look edible to me. Maybe someone else might want to eat that, but not me.
Nothing looked fresh, balanced, or appetizing. Presentation matters, especially when you’re charging premium prices. The photos speak for themselves.
I don’t mind paying for quality fresh food , but this felt like quantity over quality, and unfortunately I wouldn’t order it again."

"I ordered the filet meal and it was a large size. My drink however was not. That was disappointing as I really enjoy the tea. The food was not hot-it was sitting around. Gone are the days when you would order something special and get a hot juicy sandwich. It's all sitting around and then unwrapped and thats when they unwrap it and add or take away an igredient. They wouldn't dare cook a burger just to add extra pickles and onions, but rather rip the bun apart and put it on an already wrapped burger that was sitting in the bin for an hour. Thats how the cheeseburgers looked when they were opened. Things are microwaved now as well. This def was not cooked to order. The cold shakes were in the same bag as the fries! Thats how they got colder for sure. This store has gone way downhill the past couple of years as I have many times gotten drive thru orders and they would either not fill up the fries enough or forget an item. When you spend about $70 for a family of 5 you would hope to at least get hot food. Not worth it anymore even for a treat for the kids. "

"Tried this place for the first time because of a promo. Smallest, sloppiest subs we've ever seen in our lives. Had to completely put two of them back together inside of oily, wet wrappers with chopped pepper relish everywhere. Quality of ingredients wasn't great either considering the price.
Will not order from Jersey Mike's again. Ray's New York Pizza in Manahawkin has much better subs."
