"They did great with the burrito and bowl, good quality, absolutely loaded lol, but the chips did not at all taste fresh they were actually stale and a bit hard to chew. Order was also marked as ready for pickup but when I arrived (10 minutes AFTER it was marked as ready) it was in fact not ready or even being worked on. I waited for another 20 minutes. One of the staff asked for my name, said "they should be working on that soon" AND THEN SAT DOWN FOR BREAK. It wasn't until another employee asked for my name and she prepared our order (pretty hastily I might add) that I was finally able to get the food I paid for and get out the door. She was an absolute darling and very sweet and apologetic about the whole ordeal so bonus points for that. Definitely sad about the chips though, I normally love their chips "

"Both the Hazelnut Bread Pudding and Warm and Warm & Toasty were delicious, but very small portions for the price. The bread pudding is similar to French toast, but with a more gooey texture, and a very sweet, caramel taste. Roasted hazelnuts add a bit of crunch.
The Warm & Toasty only came in one size, which is equivalent to a small at Starbucks. It's also extra sweet, with brown sugar being the dominant flavor, so it went well with the Hazelnut Bread Pudding.

Monte Cristo sandwich was just as described: thin-sliced deli ham and Cheddar cheese between two pieces of French toast. The French toast was golden brown on the outside and soft and custardy on the inside, like French toast should be.
I didn't think the carmel dip paired well with the ham and cheese, so I put it in my coffee instead. I suggest they add a way to request cream and sugar with coffee orders, since mine came black. And maybe offer raspberry jam (another traditional side for a Monte Cristo) as an alternative to the dip.
Fresh fruit was sliced pineapple (not canned). Not a super big portion, but a nice palate cleanser after the salty ham sandwich."

"Good but spendy
The Build Your Own Omelette+ was good, but buyer beware: the $14.39 price is for a plain cheese omelet, with no additional toppings. I added ham to mine, which brought the price up over $16.00; add in coffee, and it's over $20.00.
I did appreciate having a choice of sides, other than the inevitable hash browns. I got the pancakes with mine, and upgraded to blueberry syrup at no additional charge. The flavored syrups are under Syrup Caddy on the sides menu.
I thought $4.79 was a lot to pay for coffee, but it turned out to be a large (16 oz) serving, and they were generous with the sugar and creamer, which was real half and half.
Although this was a somewhat expensive breakfast, it was also very satisfying. I probably won't need to eat lunch today."

"Extremely over seasoned and overloaded with cucumber cubes. The tzatziki just taste like straight Greek yogurt and didn't taste like real tzatziki sauce at all. I've eaten at the west Salem location and never had any complaints but this location was gross. I threw away half my wrap even after removing some of the over loaded toppings. It taste only of cucumber."

"The food is excellent. The portions are large and worth the price. A good value. Last time I got a medium sized sandwich and it was very filling. I got a large this time to have leftovers but it's too good to guarantee that any is left for tomorrow. "
"The good: The Italian subs came well packaged, which I appreciated. The subs were made with high-quality ingredients and were absolutely delicious. I had it made on garlic bread which was wonderful. I got their buy one, get one free deal. I like the pickle spear on the side.
The bad: It was very small with very few toppings. If I had paid regular price for the sub, I would've been very upset. It was delicious, but definitely not worth that price. They didn't allow for special instructions, which I feel like any business that truly cares about their customer's experience would allow. 
I tried to compare it to Subway because that is my favorite sub shop. If you like lots of meat and fresh veggies with lots of options on bread, sauces, and veggies, plus want a good value, go to Subway. If you are more of a foodie and don't mind paying higher prices, have a smaller appetite, or don't like a lot of veggies on your subs, go here. They are delicious for sure but the cost (without the deal) doesn't justify what you get. If the portion wasn't so small or the price was less, I would have loved it rather than just liked it. With the deal, I would get it again if I wasn't that hungry. At full price, I'm choosing Subway every time."

"I had the 101. Combination Pho and the Salt & Pepper Calamari. I get the Pho every time I come in, and every time, it is absolutely delicious. The broth is super flavorful, the meat is good quality (especially the beef balls, those are my favorite), and everything is just amazing.
