"IHOP - We like it. It's less expensive than other 'sit-down' and eat breakfast places (pls see this as a breakfast review). They're reliable and most meals are good. Today's experience was a little disappointing as the Eggs Benedict (EB) was requested with Hollandaise on the side but it wasn't included at all. Maybe a mixed blessing because the EB package didn't make it with the packaging in tact.
I need to say that there have been times that IHOP is exactly what we want and that's why we've been loyal customers for more than 3 decades. This little incident won't change our ordering habits, it just happened. May I say, the poached eggs were outstanding? Also, no straw.

"I've loved their Roast Beef for decades.
They are better in restaurant. When delivered, the juice is absorbed into the bun, leaving the meat not as good. If they haven't already, they might pack au jous separately for customers to use when eating.
Placing the fries in a bag within a bag might keep them warmer longer. They usually arrive warm. Last night they were cool. I suppose I could have warmed them.

"If pastries are your thing, La Madeleine genuinely delivers. Their Nutella muffins are sooo tasty and some of the most consistently good baked goods I’ve found. The flavor is almost always there--I’ve only ever had one pastry box of them that was off. The croissant dough is really solid too, and so naturally the ham and cheese croissant shows that off well. I’ve also gotten the tarte au citron for my partner, who is a serious lemon lover, and it’s been a hit every time.
But outside of the pastry case, I’ve been disappointed more times than I can excuse at this point. I’ve tried the Croque Monsieur with the broccoli cheddar and country potato soups, and the lemonade, none of which really impressed me. I also ordered a frosted sugar cookie that came with none at all (listing even noted that frosting color varies by location, so clearly it’s supposed to come frosted).
I keep giving it another shot hoping something will surprise me, but at this point I think their strength is very clearly in the baked goods. And if you’re ordering anything beyond pastries like drinks, hot food, or even expecting your order to come out right, just go in knowing it might not meet expectations."

My only real issues is the Beignets - these had what seems like peanut butter and jelly inside but this wasn't in the listing. Anyone with allergies should absolutely NOT order these. (also they were basically fried dough balls with a bit of pbandj in them with no powdered sugar so these are like no beignets I've ever heard of)

"Great food for a good price. Pesto is On Point. Pretty good portion sizes too. One of the pastas and salads could feed two average people or one super hungry person. Only downside to my meal was that the BBQ pork was more of a Buffalo/BBQ. It was amazing but I had ridiculous heart burn that night.
Would also highly recommend to people who want to meal-plan as you can get one or two of these, portion them out and have a couple of days worth of food. Will be ordering again. "
"They send your food with no utensils nor napkins. When I called about it, I was told they're not included, the manager was incompetent and dismissive. You are to ask for utensils and napkins to be provided. Just as well, the noodles were overcooked and pasty, the spice was hot and the steak was overcooked. I threw it out. $32.00 and lesson learned... I won't be ordering from them again. "
