"Today I tried the Brisk-It-All Melt™ (eggs over easy) and it was absolutely delicious. I know the price looks a little high, but when you see the sheer size of this sandwich, it makes more sense. The brisket itself was tender and salty with a crunchy smoky crust. I got a few hints here and there of the bacon, a decent amount of the Diner Q sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese to hold it together. The bread was a bit oily, but superbly toasted, which held up well to the ingredients.
