This was my second time ordering, I got the Sesame chicken with lo mein both times. I was a little off put at first, as they're a little pricier than most Chinese places, but it's for good reason. One, the portions are good, the large big enough I could get 3 meals out of it, granted I'm a smaller person, but it was a lot. Got the regular today, and it was still too much for me by about 5 pieces of chicken, but I finished because it was delicious.
Second, the quality of the chicken is better than almost any other Chinese place I've ever been. The pieces aren't giant, they're about bite sized, and out of the two orders, I only got one piece of chicken that had any gristle. They clearly take the time to cut the chicken into smaller pieces than most places do and to get rid of any less than perfect pieces.
Had the Gyoza last time, and it was delicious as well, but the sauce came mostly empty, I don't know if it was because it spilled, as there wasn't evidence of a spill, but maybe my dasher cleaned it up? Either way, it was good, and I just used sauce from my chicken because there's plenty of it."

"The fish itself was "ok," but I have to ask what happened here?! My sandwich had almost no tartar on it. My drink was extremely watered down. I live a 5 minute drive from the store. My driver had to wait a few minutes on my food, meaning that my drink was made some time before the driver had arrived (it took approximately 25 minutes from order to delivered). My straw was just tossed into the outer bag by the restaurant and the weight of the food items ended up breaking it. No butter/salt/pepper even though. I'm giving them a 4* because service and food quality is usually considerably better there. I enjoy Culvers because rhe food and service are usually amazing; I spend more money there as opposed to competing businesses for those reasons, as well as the ability to get side items besides potatoes/fries and onion rings. I will, however, go back to spending less elsewhere if there are too many repeata of today's service."

But the cost to portion sizing is bad for some items and abysmal for others. the sandwiches are about 8in for ~13 dollars. the combo with fries and a drink comes to about 18.50. which isnt great for a sandwich and fries but they are both delicious so its this side of acceptable.
DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS. the 6 Count Wings are the size of my thumb and over 2 dollars a wing. we used to sell suspiciously similar wings when i worked at papa johns. frozen and tiny, we used to sell them for 8 dollars which was a rip off even then. 13 dollars for the same piddly wings is a scam.

"We order every week nearly the same things, and the last two weeks have been of so the rating goes down. I spent $18.69 on a salad that was missing several ingredients and bowl was not even full?? Same as last week. Frot months could get two meals which made the price reasonable, but now one meal, so no it is not. Maybe new salad maker and I order in around 11:15 before rush, so the two weeks in a row throwing me off as one of my fave lunches, but I want WHAT I pay for. The blackened fish sandwich good though pieces of fish instead of a piece of whole fish like pictured, like they scraped together? Tater tot side good as always. Today was a 1.5. I let it pass last week, but can not this week. "

"First time trying Ms. Gilmore's. I ordered The Three Sister's with salad, quiche and 1/2 grilled cheese. The saad was awesome with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, cheese and croutons. The veggies were large enough you could pick off any you don't like, which I appreciate. The grilled cheese seemed to just have cheddar but its possible I couldnt tell as easily after delivered across town. The quiche was ham and cheese. I liked the layer of cheese on top but for my taste, I would have preferred less ham. It overpowered the rest of the quiche but was still good. (Im also not a big fan of the shaved/lunchmeat type ham.) The Lemon Bars is huge! This thing feels like a small brick! It's perfectly lemony with lots of meringue. Overall, I was pleased with my order and looking forward to trying some of their other dishes. "
