The Napoleon was perfectly layered, with crisp pastry and silky custard that wasn’t overly sweet. The Tiramisu had that ideal balance of espresso and mascarpone, light but rich at the same time. I got 1 correct, and 2 totally wrong. I also paid for a $5 iced Iced Coffee just so I could get a cup of ice, because I'm out, and they didn't include that either. No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else. I usually go to the Bosa on Dysart & McDowell, and I'll never order from this one again after this - the employees at my regular store are so nice, and have never gotten my order wrong."
