The mozzarella was barely there and same with the mushrooms and spinach. It was mostly just the cauliflower crust. It tasted good but it could have been great with the appropriate amount of toppings like an actual pizza. Thank goodness I ordered it with olive oil and garlic instead of red sauce. I think that's what gave it the most flavor. I also wish I knew what is all in the cauliflower crust. I'm sure it has some kind of binding flour but not listed... Nor is the carb content.
