"I came across this amazing GEM of a restaurant while I was driving for door dash . Just based off of the beautiful atmosphere alone and the hospitality of the owner and employees, I vowed to come back and try it out. Although I ordered online, they did not disappoint!! "My cauliflower crusted pizza tasted good but I was shocked at how little toppings there were. It only had one or two small pieces of sausage per slice. The mozzarella was barely there and same with the mushrooms and spinach. It was mostly just the cauliflower crust. It tasted good but it could have been great with the appropriate amount of toppings like an actual pizza. Thank goodness I ordered it with olive oil and garlic instead of red sauce. I think that's what gave it the most flavor. I also wish I knew what is all in the cauliflower crust. I'm sure it has some kind of binding flour but not listed... Nor is the carb content. I will have to make adjustments to this pizza if I decide to even have it again."
