"Really loved the Ox 16. Ox Tail (One Size Only) / Phở Đuôi Bò. Had four decent pieces and it was so tender. Loved the flavor of the beef broth and the balance of the lime and jalapeno mixed with the freshness of the basil, cilantro and mung bean sprouts. Best pho I've had in a while. I would order this again. I usually order pho from pho tai in federal way but this restaurant had more affordable oxtail pho so I decided to try and was not dissatisfied.
Also ordered the 15. Short-Rib and Steak / Phở Tái Sườn Bò to try the short rib which didn't have much meat but a lot of fat so I preferred the oxtail.
Next time I will warm up my broth to enjoy the soup much more. It was warm when it arrived so I didn't think I had too but I will heat the broth to prepare the steak pho when I'm ready to eat it. The raw steak came in its own plastic bag which is great."
