"OMG, this was better than my other Jamaican spot. I don know where to start with the review.
Everything was seasoned perfectly- not too salty and not too peppery.
I had the Oxtail with Collard greens and yams with a side of White Rice. The portions they give is well worth the price. You won't be disappointed!!!!"
"Oxtail were so tough and rubbery, I've ate here before and know the meat usually falls off the bone. Not sure if aunty retired and niece took over, but if im paying 50 for food the meat needs to be tender. The rice and beans were decent, the cabbage also taste different from before but not awful. The cup of gravy was exceptional, made the side dishes 2x better. Candied Yams were OK, I had to add some cinnamon and sugar to level out the overwhelming ginger taste.
Taste 4/10 This is about the overall dish, the oxtail are so tough they at 2/10. the sides are a generous 5/10.

"Used a DoorDash coupon for $10 off $20+ and I opted for Back Forty BBQ's small bbq family pack for $39 l, making it $29. It comes with a pound of meat and 3 sides and Texas Toast. Got sliced brisket (they have moist & lean, get a mixture of the two, check one or the other and add in the notes section that you want the mix), pinto beans w/bacon & onions, mashed potatoes (they're fresh potatoes, skins on) w/cream gravy, fried okra (still crispy crunchy even after the drive home) and 4 slices of Texas Toast. They also put in what amounts to a small jar of pickles and half an onion (without me having to ask). Sauce was their regular sauce but I think they have a sweet one and a spicy one, too. Everytime we get this pack, I say, if that's only 1 pound of meat, I'm a monkey's uncle. It's a "large pound" and the sides are pints, the okra fills a to-go box by itself"

Salad was wilted because they got food in with it plus they put the steak in the container so hot that it was completely well done by the time it got here. $30 (after tax and fees) for a steak salad just isn't worth it. "The food is absolutely amazing! Best Mac and cheese bites I've ever had, they act have flavor and the breading is nice and crisp with a little bit of chew. Im obsessed with the steak fingers, although they forgot the gravy. The fingers are so good though that I didnt even care. The Oklahoma Onion Burger is super yummy, the bun was perfectly fluffy even after a 30 minute car ride. Super impressed!"
"The club sandwich was barely toasted so I paid like $15 for a ham and cheese sandwich I could've gotten at 7/11 and they don't have an option to add ketchup or notes so fries with no sauce.
