"I hate writing negative reviews, but after spending over $45 before tip for four breakfast items, I can’t justify this experience.
I have ordered from here once before, but I wasn’t paying full price, so I didn’t think much of it. This time, paying full menu prices really highlighted how disappointing the food was.
Every item looked slopped together instead of thoughtfully prepared. It felt like everything was overloaded with toppings just to make the portions look bigger. More isn’t always better....
The ricotta toast had so much ricotta and bacon that I thought they forgot the toast part (ha). The cream cheese was piled on so dang heavily it overwhelmed the bagel.
Another sandwich was completely buried under a mountain of lettuce, to the point you couldn’t even see what had actually been made. Even the bacon and eggs looked carelessly thrown together, that bacon does NOT look edible to me. Maybe someone else might want to eat that, but not me.
Nothing looked fresh, balanced, or appetizing. Presentation matters, especially when you’re charging premium prices. The photos speak for themselves.
I don’t mind paying for quality fresh food , but this felt like quantity over quality, and unfortunately I wouldn’t order it again."

"I ordered the New! 12Pc Wings Combo. I received a box that said "12 piece nuggets" and inside was only 6 wings. There was no 2nd box, the other 6 wings were missing. They were supposed to be marinated in sauce, instead they were naked and came with a small sauce cup on the side. My husband's Classic Chicken Sandwich was good. The mango lemonade was alright, but tasted completely like syrup so I doubt there was any real mango. (You can get fruit purée in your lemonades in other local fast food restaurants). The Oreo 2 Oreo Cheesecake Cup were just okay, but didn't taste much like cheesecake. Not a lot of flavor."
