The buns are some sort of standard toasted brioche thats pressed slightly flat. More of a feature than issue, the main star is the smash burger inside.

"First time having Halal food and it was great! I got two Lamb GYRO (contains beef)'s because there was a buy one get one free deal. The Lamb was flavorful and extremely tender! "I was not a big fan of the Lomo Saltado. The value definitely seems good and the plate was filled with a lot of food. The problem I had was with the flavors. The filet mignon itself had a very liver like flavor to it. The green sauce also was a bit strange. It kind of tasted like it was mayonnaise based and had a bit of sweetness to it. The veggies and rice were cooked well though.
In this case the meat just may have been overcooked a little bit. I just really did not enjoy the sauce though and probably would not order this again."
