Personally, I'd like to see a version without the mini-chocolate chips--these are perfect and really do not require the gilding of the chocolate chips--they could only be perfectly perfect without the chips! Seriously, these are among the very best cannoli we've ever had. They are always very fresh, the shell is always perfectly crisp, the ricotta not too sweet, nicely full -bodied. (Also, I hope purists won't be too appalled, they keep surprisingly well in their styrofoam box, in the refrigerator, for days! The shell is slightly less crisp, but the cannoli is still very good!)

"This is incredibly, amazingly, wonderfully good pizza. I finally have a pizza that I can enjoy without guilt: I get the vegetarian with every possible vegetable I can imagine, with tomato sauce and olive oil. Goat cheese(just because I love goat cheese). My penance for getting the goat cheese is no mozzarella or provolone -- but this pizza is so good that I don't need any more cheese. I even get thespelt crust with whole wheat,normally I'm not crazy about whole wheat, but the flavors of this wonderful pizza are so terrific that I never notice that the crust isn't white flour.
All-in-all, I couldn't have invented a healthier choice than this pizza. Even my husband (who normally runs for the hills if I tell him something is good for him) loves this pizza.
Their salads are also beautifully prepared and delicious...a meal in their own rights.
For those who want their pizza to be as it's always been, Sol has plenty of topping and cheese choices. For those who, like me, are trying to eat in a more health conscious manner, this is heaven. This pizza is prepared beautifully, and with great thought and conscious care.

I called after the first time I ordered from them, to tell them what a fantastic meal we had had. Therein lies my only mild criticism: the (very young) man to whom I spoke, who said he was the manager, seemed to have absolutely no response to a customer who called to compliment the food. He could barely handle the one word he did manage to say, "Okay." He repeated that several times, with a question mark after each "Okay?" He never even said "thank you" for the compliment. I believe a little customer relations training may be in order ;)

Crust is crispy but soft in middle and not too doughy, sauce flavor and amount is perfect, they short you on cheese like other places, and the ingredients are fresh - it's a marked difference in quality. Recommend adding the yummy balsamic glaze if that's your thing, too. LOVE this place!"

"General Tso's Chicken（spicy） Was a glorified combination plate, not even full, to the portions you would receive at any Chinese Restaurant, for $4 cheaper. The portions were about half the size. 1 Scoop of rice as seen. Egg, no vegegtables. No broccoli, though it is advertised with it. I ordered the spicy version and it was obvious that Siracha was utilized to increase the spice, versus the normal style of adding plain red pepper flake oil. While the Chicken had a nice crisp to it and the sauce was good, for what appeared to be lacking ginger, the portions really did leave much to be desired. Especially for the price point. The foil liner, inside of the container, was very fragile and tore easily, leaving bits and pieces that I needed to pick through my rice to remove, before continuing to eat. This could have been prevented by the usage of aluminum tins with lids or paper take-out boxes, beside the use of cheap Styrofoam boxes.
Food was good. Food and overall experience, 50/50."

"25+ year Kraus' customer. Decided to try the new North Canton location since it's closest to us, and was pleasantly surprised! We ordered a Manager's Special 2dz Wings, a side of jo-jo's, and a Broasted Breast. The chicken and jo-jo's were excellent, right on par with the other locations. Wings were also very good. The pizza had excellent flavor, but the crust was just slightly underdone. I feel like this is just something that will improve with time, since it's a new staff. Guess I'm spoiled by Middlebranch! ;) We will definitely order again from North Canton though.
