The chorizo somehow was nonexistent in flavor which is odd giving chorizo sausage is made with plenty of spices and garlic. "F'ing amazing food! WOW! This was my first time and I ordered the Build Your Own Breakfast Sandwich . The Ciabatta bread was freshly made... and SO good! The scrambled eggs were perfect (not over-cooked). The bacon was thick, crispy, and flavorful (not stringy or underdone). The cheddar cheese added the perfect touch to pull it all together. I also ordered the potatoes on the side, which are whole and tender with a tasty salty, peppery seasoning on the outside.
The (3) Lil Dipper Hotcakes were just the right amount of sweetness to balance out all the salty items I ordered. Each one is thick and about 3" round, served with a good syrup.
