The flavors are rich, complex, and every bite offers something new. I love how a few bites might have the same deep, savory taste, and then suddenly, a new flavor surprises you—it’s pure magic. The beef is unbelievably tender, practically melting in your mouth, adding to the overall experience.
The eggrolls are equally exceptional. They’re perfectly crunchy and pair beautifully with the orange dipping sauce. It’s an absolute treat and adds an incredible texture and flavor contrast to the pho.
To top it off, the funnel cake fries were an interesting and delicious dessert option—definitely something unique and delightful to end the meal with. "Strawberry Nutella® Crêpe & Palmier both were burnt/overcooked. Crepe was so dry and confusing rubbery texture, despite it was full of a yogurt like custard, that overwhelmed the whole thing. Nothing like what a crepe should be. Nutella was nowhere in sight. It was a small drizzle of chocolate syrup, NOT Nutella. Palmier sugar was burnt. It was the prominent taste, not the savory buttery taste the pastry should have.
Potato Galette lacked seasoning. I had to add a lot of s&p to carry it.
Tomatoe soup was good. Four-Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich was also good. It was packaged messy and stacked so it caused half the cheese to run off and puddle in the bottom of the container. "
