"While the Sugarberry tasted good, there was far too much puff pastry (much of which I threw away) and not nearly enough cream. The Chai Latte was not at all what I expected for the price, a small sized cup with a teabag, could have made the same thing at home. Overall, not too impressed.

"Chicken is good size for boneless wings! The sauces were all tasty tasty and separated well. The amount of fries given is great but I always receive soggy fires. The seasoning is great and Iam sure when there crispy they tatse even better! Wing stop has some good juicy chicken and lots of great sauces. If not yet tried em give em a shot. "
"We picked up our order, knowing that they would be busy on a Friday night, hoping that the food would be fresh. The food was still cold. To-go packaging was horrible and made a huge mess. Fry portions weren't consistent. Wrong seasoning on the corn. The only reason it gets 3 stars was because the flavor was still good."

"Very disappointing. I ordered the French onion soup, and the container wasn’t even filled. There was just one slice of cheese thrown on top and no croutons at all. To make matters worse, the onions weren’t even cooked all the way—some were still crunchy when I took a bite. I couldn’t even finish the soup. For the price, I expected a full portion that was properly prepared and came with all of the advertised components. Very disappointed."

"Was feeling sick and wantedsoup. So i got the Tonkotsu Ramen , it was nice on this cold weather and for my throat. Very flavorful. The Spicy Tuna Rice Ball had a lot of filling which is nice cause usually the protein is very little and more rice. As for the Beef Bowl and Spam Rice Ball I have not tried yet but will be saving for later. But im sure has a lot of flavor and is delicious. The Thai iced tea was good. Overall would order again. FYI I took a picture prior to eating the Tonkotsu Ramen but DoorDash made me review all over again so the first picture is gone lol. And you just have a picture of it finished lol. "

"Great Burgers and Over All food. Always made and pack to perfection . "
"The bacon cheeseburger was overcooked and underseasoned. When ordering they didnt give an option for how you want the burger cooked. It came medium well-well. The side of fries were good.
The Disco fries were extremely overdone. The cheese was burnt and the fries were dried out. The side of gravy was tiny and completely disproportionate to the amount of fries.
I ordered a chicken melt but they sent a burger melt. The burger was overcooked (medium well-well) and the bread was stale.
The tator tots were the only good part of the meal. "

"Everything was labeled and order was early/on time. Excellent experience."
"I recently had too experiences with Diner Neptune. I visited in person the other day and had a great experience with the food and service. Based on that, I decided to order for delivery. Unfortunately, my delivery order was quite disappointing compared to my in-person visit.
It seemed that the care put into packing the order was lacking. Here are some specific issues I encountered:
* **Chocolate Milkshake:** What I received was mostly a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup mixed in, which seems to be a common issue with diner milkshakes. It wasn't the traditional chocolate milkshake I was expecting.
* **Chicken Tenders:** The tenders themselves were okay, but they weren't crispy, and the requested sauce was missing from the order.
* **Grilled Cheese Deluxe:** This was not enjoyable and had an unusual taste that I wouldn't recommend.
* **Chicken Wings:** The wings appeared large due to heavy breading, but they turned out to be frozen wings, which was a letdown. Additionally, the blue cheese that usually comes with wings was not included in my order.
* **French Onion Soup:** This was the highlight of the meal! It had excellent flavor and the cheese wasn't overpowering.
Overall, based on my delivery experience, I would rate it a 2 out of 5 stars. My in-person experience was much better, so I wanted to provide this feedback regarding the delivery service and food preparation."
