"It's a shame the quality has dropped so much. When they first opened, they used high quality ingredients and a meal size bag of chips. Now the bagels are smaller, the produce is poor quality, the pickles taste like straight vinegar, the meat always has a slimy texture and isn't deli quality anymore ( it's the cheap prepackaged) and the chips are 1 oz bags (if they even include them in your order after you paid for them)."
