I tipped in advance as you do on DoorDash ($10 on a $30 dollar order) because I know times are tough, but I regret that now. I orgered my first Chicken Sandwich When I selected the BBQ sauce, i thought it would be for dipping. Instead it covered the meat. This added to the 2nd problem. The chiken patty was not Crispy. The big plus of the sandwich was the size!! Compared to other places this one was huge!! Another minus was the Pickles. I have never seen a pickle sliced SO thin!!! They were limp so had no crunch either!! As the prices rise it is disheartening to feel the quality is beginning to slip! And we notice! "

"One of the best chicken places in Sacramento. My go-to is a combo with 4 piece tenders tossed in BBQ sauce. "Got 2x The Pizza Rolly . It was ok? Worth the price it was on special for but I don't think I'd pay the full price for it. Tots probably could've been cooked a bit more given they softened/steamed in the package a bit by the time it was delivered to me between ambient heat + sauce. Def need to consider fixing the packaging---the red checkhard paper was adhered to the cheese so much that it was hard not to end up eating pieces of paper. Reheating was almost impossible because the paper was adhered in some places & disintegrating in others. Maybe forgo the paper entirely? It's almost overkill given the foil tin that could be used to finish the orders in. Good luck!"
