The food quality was unacceptable:
• The Ultimate Trio: The appetizer sampler was terrible. The wonton tacos were completely unpalatable, and I couldn't handle more than a single bite. The boneless wings were impossible to chew—just pure, tough batter with almost no actual chicken inside when pulled apart. The fried pickles were so overwhelmingly sour and tart that they were entirely inedible.
• 8oz Steak: I ordered it medium-rare, but it arrived super well-done, completely dry, and incredibly tough. I literally had to saw through it, and it was impossible to chew.
• Mashed Potatoes: They completely failed on the accuracy. I paid extra to add cheese and bacon to my mashed potatoes, but received them completely plain.
It is deeply sad and disappointing that a restaurant can charge these prices and deliver such terrible quality and careless service. Management needs to address these severe food quality and order accuracy issues immediately. Zero stars. Highly disappointing. DID I MENTION I PAID $85.00 DOLLARS?? JUST SAD!!!"
