"So I waited for the pick up time that kept gettin pushed back, and despite being marked ready it wasn't -- they started bagging when I asked for my order at the counter. No big, was going to let that go but just got home and the bagging is a mess. And to be clear, I was careful with the bag. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I wish they would read the instructions or perhaps just add options for crispy bacon and hashbrowns on the side. "
