He called me and asked my preference. It is fresh, has wonderful flavor. I see areas of broccoli over ripe and a couple leaves that are near expiration. I don't mind he's not wasting food! I prefer he not. I set mine up in two different bowls, one more like a salad and then the glass noodles are separate and I still have almost half this soup broth I can add.
