"We've been ordering food from PC Restaurant the last seven years - the food is always freshly prepared and reliably very good. We always end up over-ordering because we like so many of their dishes. If anything, the food has gotten even better over time. The only thing we miss is that recently we haven't seen chow mein with crispy noodles.
The Hot & Sour Soup (Bowl) has the right balance of acidity and heat - a lot of restaurants seem to skimp on the vinegar, but PC's is great.

They were sogged down in sauce and didn't seem like they were super crispy when put in the container. They had it open/vented to avoid condensation. Maybe serve the sauce on the side for takeout orders so the chicken stays crispy? Flavor was lacking too. Nothing special about the sauce.
The Pud Thai was a letdown as well. Huge portion, a lot of chicken, and they followed our special request. That was great. But there was NO flavor! No tamarind tang or delightful pad Thai sauce we all expect in this dish. Very bland. And lacking veggies compared to other restaurants. Barely any carrots, green onion, bean sprouts, etc. Just a huge blob of flavorless noodles & sautéed chicken.
